Bananas With Honey - Coconut Milk

INGREDIENTS

Serving : 4-5

Cultivated Banana                         8  pieces
Undiluted coconut milk                  500 mililitre
Pandan Leaves                             2-3 leaves
Honey                                            60 millilitr
Salt                                                1 teaspoon
 

PREPARATION

1.Boil banana for approx. 1-2 minutes.

2.Sieve the boiled banana from the pot and peel off the banana skin, then slice it as needed.

3.Bring undiluted coconut milk to boil with Pandan leaves, add salt and honey, stir it well. Then add sliced banana, continue to boil for 3 minutes.

4.Bananas with honey - coconut milk is now ready to serve. Enjoy!!!!

 

 

 

 

Honey - Roasted Chick

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 3-4

Chicken leg                                            1 kilogram

 Honey                                                   8 tablespoon

 Japanese Shoyu Sauce                          1 tablespoon

 Sesame Oil                                            2 tablespoon

 Roasted white sesameseed                    2 tablespoon

 Oyster Sauce                                        6 tablespoon

 Crushed Black Pepper                            3 teaspoon

 Chopped Garlic                                       6 pieces.

 Chopped Coriander Roots                       5 roots

 

 PREPARATION

1.Marinade chicken with honey, Japanese shoyu sauce, sesame oil, roasted white sesame,

   oyster sauce, crushed black pepper, chopped garlic and chopped coriander roots.

2.Take it into the fridge and leave it 3 hours.

3.Preheat oven to 395°F/200˚C.

4.Take marinated chicken into oven, roast it 25-30 minutes or till it fully done.

 

 Simple Eastern Thai Style Dipping Sauce

 INGREDIENTS

   Lime Juice                                        1 tablespoon

   Fish Sauce                                       ½ tablespoon

   Roasted Chicken Juice                     1 tablespoon.

   Chili Powder                                     as needed

 PREPARATION

   1.Mix all ingredients together

   2.Enjoy!!!
